Venue Requirements
What we need to make your event perfect…
- Access to your venue 1hr before the event.
- 30 Minutes after the event to breakdown
- A space of 3M x 3M x 2.6M (H)
- Access to a 240v mains socket
- A Wi-Fi Connection*
- Cover from the rain ( for outdoor events )

You have the questions, we have the answers.
Yes. Every single video we capture at your event will be sent to you.
Yes, immediately within 30 seconds of them taking the video at your event.
Free to upload to social media and share as they wish.
1-4 people as our base is 80cm wide therefore we can take whole families and friends to take a video together.
Standard size in the industry is 60cm to 80cm therefore only fitting 2 people within a video. (Please do ask if you go to any other company)
Wider base also reduces queues at your event as it can take larger groups at a time.
We require 1hr before you event to set up, and 30 minutes to pack away at the end.
We add all our lighting and features within the pricing and do not up sell on anything.
Once booked, there is a deposit to pay to confirm the date and time. The remaining balance is taken a week before the event or on the day.
(The deposit is non refundable)
